SMIC reports Q4 profit down 38% YoY to $107.6M, below $193.5 est., revenue up 32% YoY to $2.2B, above $2.18B est., and $7.33B capex in 2024, vs. $4.5B in 2021  —  Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp (0981.HK), China's largest contract chipmaker, reported a 38.4% year-on-year fall in fourth-quarter profit.
